Needs care and maintenance - possibly some benches and picnic tables and a kids play area with swings and slides.
Beach wasn't appealing and full of algae and rocks which made it not much fun for kids.

Beach was dirty, littered with rubbish & unkept.
Lovely warm water. Pity no care is taken of it.
Some sun umbrellas & loungers would make a huge difference
