Blue water and white sand, no tourists and the whole beach for you - that is Timor shortly summarised. Visited 1 dollar beach with locals on our way to Com, loved it. And its for free (wild beach), beautiful shells.

couldbe a great beach, good scenery, enjoyable seimming but you need to watch for the rubbish flaoting by or sitting on the sands. Its a shame such a beautiful place can not be looked after

If properly managed, this could be a showpiece in developing and enhancing the tourism industry in Timor-Leste. The natural beauty is wonderful and would surely draw visitors for snorkeling and just taking in a beautiful view. As it stands, don't bother unless you are ok...More

Too dirty for me unfortunately, but could be really beautiful if properly managed. Worth a stop if you're passing by between Dili and Baucau, but don't make a special trip.

The sand here is really soft and white!!! Most importantly, it is clean~!!! Sorry that i have to be honest, most of the beaches at Timor is not clean, if you are unlucky, you might able to find broken bottles, so barefoot is a no-no!!...More
