I have to say that this was nicest of the water towns I visited on my trip. Compared to Tonglizhen and Mudu it did not have any crowds and it was very easy to navigate with a number of interesting museums!

Not very crowded when we were there with a small group. Popular with the Chinese. A little hokey as it's' quite touristy but it's worth a visit. There is a soy museum there that is interesting. Fun just to walk around, but wouldn't be if...More

Had a walk there after lunch. Good place to experience the old building of China. Was told that the town has 2500 years of history.

We like to avoid the usual tourist route, so I was happy to learn about Luzhi and to go through the trouble to get there. Because it’s off the tourist route, you have to find your way there. It’s not out of the way, but...More
