I was actually disappointed during my trip here. I walked from my apartment in Tiandi...the walk was the most fascinating part of the day (as it usually is in Wuhan!!) Lots of little shops and things to see, and my favorite part of the culture...More

I came here only because this is where some western colonial buildings survive. They did, barely. What I mostly found was a pedestrianised shopping street with a huge number of brandname shops, the majority of which sold fashionwear. Nothing really interested me. The walking street...More

There are many different shops mostly top brands but some at excellent prices. There are all sorts of people shopping or just milling about. There are street performers just to add to the atmosphere. It was a safe place to be late at night.

Spent about an hour wandering around this shopping street. Lots of stores and several places to get a quick snack. We walked from the Xunlimen Metro station to the 1920's architecture along the main road (Yanjiang) near the Yangtze River. There is a pedestrian walkway...More

A pedestrian street originally known as foreign street since 1927. Many shops/cafes/restaurants to see on foot. Worth a visit for experience.

It's a very popular business area in Wuhan, many shopping malls here and many restaurants here. Around it, you can find many beautiful buildings with a history of more than 100 years.

Several blocks closed off to traffic with stores on either side selling clothes, furniture, suitcases and food. Side streets can be more interesting to tourists but it's a safe and easy place to walk. Some street food vendors.
