A really beautiful place full of history. A wonderful onsite museum that outlines the history of the fossils. I will go back one day. You need to be fit to walk around, however, there are 'cart' type cars that will drive you around.

炎黃二帝漢人之祖大廣場。 面積很大。 還有九鼎及太陽鐘。這石像比Mount Rushmore 還大。值得一遊看看漢族的源地。 半小時可遊完 Yan and Huang emperor memorial showing the roots of the Han people . There are also nine huge cups. Worth a visit to understand Han history. The statues were purposely built larger than Rushmore

Impressed by the sheer size.. 5 times the height of Mt. Rushmore.. Surrounding Park, Museum, and the huge plaza is a must see..

The stone carving looks very magnificient, near the area where we had our hovercraft ride to see the Yellow river. You can even climb up to see the stone carving up close and personal.

I couldn't help but feel like these enormous face statues were China's response to the tourist attraction of Rapid City, South Dakota. That being said, the statues were pretty awesome. They have a whole courtyard of other fascinating artifacts in front of them as well....More

If you are taking the cruise, you will see the old Bridge. Not sure if you can go fishing but on the hovercraft, no. You will not see the whole yellow river
