As you sail around the cape from Punta Arenas to Carlos III island on the whalesound trip you see this cross on the cliff. The coastline around here looks very remote. Our sea trip was fine but it can get very choppy. Great trip

a trek not to be done lightly, rewarding, challenging, physically demanding (pebble beaches, climbing up and down trees, mud, slippery rocks, mash trampoline trails, river crossings, fox ennerving...) but SO MUCH FUN! Lost at the end of the continent, found peace.
