Angkor Thom is definately a great place. The Bayon, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leaper King, the Royal Palace, everything is amazing. Be sure to visit and don't skip anything.

3/4 Main temple tour was all we needed to see as we felt once we had seen those many others ere similar. A must do for sunset in the air balloon and sunrise at Angkor wat the next day. Acceptable for a children. Would also...More

All these beautiful faces all around the temple. Can you get a photo nose-to-nose Wirth any of them..? :) Lots and lots of people, so if I'm going again, I will read up what time of the day is most busy..

Mind blowing. Walking around this temple takes you to an amazing place Seeing the meticulous restoration taking place is mind boggling in its complexity. A must see.

If you want to go to Angkor Thom from Siem Reap airport, it could be about 45 minutes to one hour depending on traffic and your transportation. But before you can go to Angkor Thom you would have to go to the ticket center... More

Sorry we did it with a Tuk Tuk for the day 18 USD. But yes next time we will do the bicycle option although it gets hot very quickly.

Sorry, we travelled from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap and then crossed the border into Thailand at Poipet, so we didn't visit the south of Cambodia.
