A faithful recreation of Stonehenge, using classic cars from the 1950’s through the 1970’s. Nice outdoor art display with short trails in and around the exhibit. Other car-based artwork on site. Snack shop and gift shop on site for a hot day.

This was a fun place to jump out and walk around. Cool how they stacked the cars, I think this place used to be a bit more colorful, right now it's all primer gray.

We stopped here on our way to Rapid City. It was so weird and cool. We spent longer than I thought looking around. We had a quick picnic lunch at the little table out front. The gift shop is small but had a bathroom and...More

This place seems to be in the middle of nowhere. There is ample parking and some signage explaining what carhenge is. The store there has a rest room, snacks/drinks and souvenirs. It was nice to walk around and see this car art especially for free.

If you are in the area, and can manage your expectations, this is a great stop! It’s a little weird but great. It’s one of those things to check off your bucket list or when you are reading one of those lists on the internet...More

Like the new paint and no graffiti. Watch for snakes and ticks when walking out among the cars and art pieces.

Loved it! Glad we went. Gift shop was fun too! It’s a good, fun stop along the way. You can sign the white auto with a Sharpie marker but not any of the others. They have time capsule one!

There is no other way to say it—Carhenge is weird. Why would anyone take a bunch of old cars and replicate Stonehenge in the Nebraska Panhandle? But as weird as it is, it is also a lot of fun. The gift shop is well stocked...More

I have heard about this place from friends, and while traveling through Nebraska we decided to take a short detour to visit. This is a strange, querky place that makes you smile. The lady manning the store was friendly and informative. There is not much...More

On our travels we tried to visit unique places and this is one of them. It is a short stop, so if you have even a little bit of time, stop! There is no cost, just by donation and they have a small gift shop...More
