The runs are short but hey, it’s Dubai and your in the middle of the desert. Amazing time and just note: If you want to hit the kickers, you need a helmet.

Being in Dubai and having a love for boarding and skiing we had to do it!! We went on Christmas Day and it was awesome, weird going from 26° outside to -4° is bizarre and also being in the middle of a shopping centre... only in Dubai. Everyone was super helpful and plenty of staff on hand to offer advice, took a while to get tickets but was to be expected with it being so popular. Once in we got our gear sorted which was in a sealed bag with all things COVID. Onto the slopes and WOW! Different runs, different lifts plenty of options and suitable for all levels! Really well organised and run and would really recommend you give it a go, we will do it again next time!

We took 2 hours skiing pass. Both expert skiers, used to enormous ski resort’s worldwide, must say that it is kinda unique to ski in the middle of a desert. The size of the slopes surprised us. In a good way.

Good morning. Wishing you and your team a fantastic year of 2021. I first went to your place last week and called speaking with Erik who offered us the VIP room and explained the facilities. When we arrived the following day, Chris was in charge. It was a very last minute booking, by the way. Chris didnt have all the information I had passed on to Erik but he got it all and made it the perfect skiing day for us. We had planned to stay for 30 minutes and we ended up staying for 7 hours. I had two girls with me who said they knew how to ski perfectly. As soon as we hit the snow, Artem came to welcome us. And noticed one of the girls had never been on skis before. He then organized Arriane to help us. As mentioned, all was booked last minute and your instructors were all occupied. So Artem helped us out. Arriane was fantastic! She made the gurls feel super safe, confident and ended up staying longer. Our day was spent on the magic carpet. Brian was super patient and extra helpful assisting us with all the gears, color preferences, safety...Reem was great to keep a track of our day, organizing all the bills, making the process smoothly. Salim kept us happy with delicious hot chocolates and snacks. Nothing would have happened without Chris’s customer service, leadership and amazing willingness to serve us with the highest standards. A few days later, we came back. I called Chris and he organized it all with Razeem. We arrived and all was perfect. Nice to see everyone again welcoming us back with such a warmth. Everything was already prepared in the VIP room by Brian. Again, he was super helpful getting the right colors and sizes. Chris walked Razeem through our day, taught him everything about us and let Razeem take over. Again, Chris is an amazing leader and the glue to keep your team as great as they are. Artem and Arriane were not there this time. However the two girls I had this time, actually skied before and built up their confidence to go up to your highest slope. The lift guys are super helpful when they saw that the girls were scared to come off, they helped them to build their confidence. Safety for your team is priority and we see it on their service and interaction. You definitely has a very special team and they are the ones that makes the experience remarkable. Well done. Thank you to them all. We will be back next week.

I am a long time skier, France, Austria (Mostly) Italy and Switzerland so stayed away from Ski Dubai because I hate the snow cannons and artificial snow. Let me tell you how surprised I was to find the snow at Ski Dubai to be the closet thing I have seen to the real stuff, I wish I had gone there sooner. For me, one of the best experiences was that after living so long in the heat of Dubai, stepping into the icy cold air of Ski Dubai, made me feel like I was home again. Real snow cold, not that AC cold we are accustomed to. Great place to spend the day, runs are a little shot but what can you expect from indoor skiing when it is 50c outside.
