We arrived at 10:30. Took ages to get in as the queues were long and admissions took a while. If you are big group you are best to get there for opening time otherwise sun beds are hard to find. Once we found beds, put our stuff down we got started on the rides. The queues were not long at all.
We got the all you can eat wristband which was perfect for my teen nephew. Every half an hour he could get food. Definitely value for money.
The only issue we had was when we first got to the rides my youngest son was constantly being questioned on height. He is just 110cm. At the entrance they charged us for him being 110cm, I asked if he could get a wristband to say he had been measured but they said it wouldn’t be a problem. It was. Different lifeguards kept saying different things. He was told he could go on the ride and then he was told he couldn’t, which obviously was upsetting before. However, I found a team leader who measured him and gave him a purple wristband that meant he wouldn’t be questioned again. There just needs to be clearer communication between admissions and lifeguards, or some way of not letting it be at the ride entrance when they make the decision. Safety is obviously paramount so if someone measured the little ones as they entered and gave the bands out, it would save time and disappointment.
Overall It was a great day for all of the family. 5yrs to 40yrs. It’s not huge, so kids can go and find their way back quite easily. If you care about views, you get to see the Burj al Arab up close too.

I went with my boys during Ramadan. It was not very crowded. Food was available for purchase. The quality and condition of the water park were good. Nothing was broken or out of service. The locker room has showers and 3 sizes of lockers that you can rent. Everything was clean. The lifeguards/water park attendants were polite and professional. There are 3 intense rides while the others are fun and exciting without scaring you to death, which makes it a milder experience compared to rides at Atlantis Aquaventure. You’re also in Jumeirah near great restaurants , malls, and closer to the city so it’s a better value for your time if you’re trying to decide between wild wadi and Aquaventure. I would go again.

We have been there many times as a family but had free admission through the Jumeirah hotels. This time we took the normal public entrance and here was already the first problem. You should definitely book it online beforehand as there are always promotions. The promotional price is nevertheless about 50 euros per person anything over 110 cm. If you are standing in front of the cash register as an ignorant one is deducted with a price of 350 AED which amounts to about 100 euros. Through the homepage we tried to get the cards. Which still didn't work even after 30 minutes on the phone. So we booked through Dubai Tickest at the promotional price of 199 AED as about 50 Euro. Of course, a lot of money is also taken away for all sorts of additional services, such as locker room and towels. Therefore, it is advisable to bring towels. Now it was Ramadan and the water park quite empty. At the beginning of March or Ramadan, many attractions are quite empty, which of course was great for us in this case. Man can have about 2-3 hours super fun with the children. There are many slides that are also challenging and for ejdem there is something. Especially good is the body call that is usually super full and fully booked. But in time absolutely empty, here alone the entrance fee is well spent. All in all a good park not the biggest in Dubai but not so crowded.

We had an amazing time at Wild Wadi Waterpark, and a big thanks goes to Reema for making our visit so smooth and enjoyable. She not only guided my senior mom to a comfortable spot near the wave pool, avoiding stairs, but she also took the time to explain each ride and the adventure experiences to us. Her care, kindness, and helpful explanations made everything so easy for us. We truly appreciated her support!

I booked tickets Online with All you can eat and drink. While booking online there is no information details available about All you can eat & drink. After entering the park no one explain about it and staff forgot to enter about it in wrist band. While visiting food outlet, it was told I can redeem it only at every 30 min and also only one specific pizza for other type need to pay extra. Also, while standing in queue it always more than 30 min. Discuss with manager about this. She told to info to concern about online deals.

A great day at Wild Wadi again. Love Wild Wadi, as it is not too big like Aquaventure at Atlantis, so is a bit more of a relaxing day. Still plenty of great rides and we went on a Wednesday and found it to be quiet. We arrived at 10am and were one of only about 10 people waiting for it to open. Walked straight in and got on the main family rides several times without a queue at all and even later in the day, only ever waited 15 minutes for any ride. Food at snack bar was really good too. Will be back next time in Dubai

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Wild Wadi in Dubai! The rides were fantastic, the atmosphere was fun, and everything was well-maintained. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Even though it was close to closing time at 6 PM, Bilal kindly took my food order with a smile, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. It made a great experience even better. Thank you to the Wild Wadi team for an unforgettable day – I’ll definitely be back!

We recently visited Wild Wadi Waterpark during our Dubai tour meet and greet with family and friends, and it was an unforgettable experience!
A special mention to Lady Security Mehwish, whose guidance and support made our visit incredibly comfortable. She provided detailed information about the park, helping us navigate smoothly and ensuring we made the most of our time. Her pretty smile and professional and humble nature left a lasting impression on all of us. Even our friends and family members noticed how dedicated she was to assisting visitors, making everyone feel welcomed and cared for.
The entire Wild Wadi team was equally professional and attentive, maintaining high standards of service throughout the park. The rides, food, and overall atmosphere were fantastic, creating enjoyable moments for everyone in our group.
Thank you, Wild Wadi team, and a big thanks to Mehwish and all your staff for making our visit so special. We look forward to coming back again in the future!

Very good place to spend a day with your family. Lifeguards watch you every 10-15 meters through water path, not too crowded so fast track is not required. Restaurant assistants can bring any food or beverages from cafes right to your place, so very comfortable service, special thanks goes to Bilal.

All fantastic
Clean , organized , secure space , a huge number of rescuers swimmers , a cold-water swimming pool , what in Dubai , is a finding .
Hats and sun loungers are free of charge.
It has locks in closed zones and with bracelet to unlock them.
The slides are amazing.
We have some that go up, yes, we're pushed up and we walk in 3/4 times 5 different slides entering just one of them
Swimming pools for surfing , are two
Boya slides for 2 , 3 and even 4 people
The eating and drinking zones are various , all shaded .
An experience that should be “mandatory” for visitors to Dubai
