You can’t fail to miss Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai’s crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world’s tallest building, but the world’s largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries and children’s play areas.     What an absolutely brilliant idea and place! Our little boy absolutely loved it! He even got to make his own McDonalds happy meal 🍟 I cannot recommend enough for anyone coming to Dubai with kids! They earn money doing their the jobs that gets added to their own bank cards and they can then spend on other activities or the dept store! Everything is so well thought out! Great day out!!!

    Indeed, a great whole day was well spent at KIDZANIA, a great place for children to explore their skills. My 9-year-old daughter, a first-timer, loved it so much. The place is well organized. Staffs are friendly, excellent customer service, most especially by Ms Johan who was there all day. She is patient, and extremely helpful right from the appointment to billing. Certainly, a seamless transaction. We will surely go back.

Great experience for our 4 and 9 year old children. List of items we experienced :-
:: (paid item, if on economy ticket)
- make your pizza (eat your pizza a well :)
- make your own fruit smoothie using a bike (see foto)

:: included in economy ticket:
-get driving license
-3 minute electric-car drive around after getting your driving license. made my son confident enough to ask me to give my real car to him :)
- fire truck: level-1 entrance
- space ride (120cm height minimum) : level-1
- emirates airline (fly the plane) : level-1
- rove hotel (make beds, arrange table)
- clean window panes, earn kidzoos
- get degree from university
- deliver documents to bureau and police

tips:
- nice to have a kidzania passport, can use across 28 kidzanias worldwide
- plastic bank card to save kidzoos (salary), save it for future visits
- if dubai resident and ADCB credit card holder, you get 30% off
- consider the higher priced tickets, if you think you will hang on long enough

food items we bought:-
slush, popcorn

found dubai kidzania better than mumbai kidzania (visited different time)
found staff cheerful and well behaved, from checkin till checkout
Mr Omar was very helpful in speedy clarification on queries on phone/email

can be better:
- for prebooked ticket, maybe a separate queue ?

Un respectful staff in kidzania dubai mall

When I came to pick my kid , staff were so rude , first it was the security (adnan ahmed) which said that only one is allowed to enter, although we were only to give the ticket to the reception, as i thought they will bring them not us going in to pick them , then the reception lady ( jaymy) was also too rude and didnt accept to take the ticket, and she left me waiting five minutes until manager ( ali ) came and he was respectful and understood the situation and instructed her to take the ticket . I was so annoyed and she even neglected doing anything then i told ali to check cctv camera to make sure that I didn’t say anything wrong but she was the one un respectful , and when even ali told her to apologize she refused to do it, very bad experience and definitely wouldn’t bring my son back to there .

Great place but not enough staff. Took 50 minutes to get the passport, 30 mins to check the bank at the end of the day. Really unfair on the staff trying to keep everyone happy.

Indeed, a great whole day was well spent at KIDZANIA, a great place for children to explore their skills.
My 9-year-old daughter, a first-timer, loved it so much.
The place is well organized.
Staffs are friendly, excellent customer service, most especially by Ms Johan who was there all day. She is patient, and extremely helpful right from the appointment to billing. Certainly, a seamless transaction.

Really bad experience. The place has a weird lighting, which isn't kids' friendly. Rather scary for them. Long queues and wait is what further worsens tyeh situation. It's a complete waste of money. Not fun for the kids at all.

It was our first ever visit. Hardly anyone there on the Tuesday afternoon we visited. Plenty of staff to help out. No queues. Very quiet.

Upgraded from Groupon coupon and paid another 65 aed for the premium kids pass. For this you get 20 aed food coupon which you can use at McDonald’s or pizza express. There was also other activities that we could do as premium members and also collect more Kidzania points of use less points at the activities. You also got 20 aed to spend in the gift shop on the way out.

We did both the food experience and paid for the second meal/experience. Our ticket was for 2 adults and 1 child and they let my husband go in later. We just Left a ticket for him at the counter.

Adults can come and go as they please. Kids can only enter and exit once.

Professional photographers taking photos. I didn’t note the price as we were in a rush to leave so didn’t view the photos.

Some activity didn’t take long. Some were about 15 minutes like the flight simulator which my son loved.

Lots of food places for the parents and kids to get food and refreshments. Don’t forget the pizza express which is tucked in behind the dentist. I have attached photos of the prices.

Don’t forget the second level where the flight simulator is. There are lots of other activities and jobs up on this level which are hidden away and can be easily missed like the juice bar and games room.

As a visitor, we enjoyed our time here at this attraction. Only downside is that we didn’t find anything that we wanted in the kids department store for the 116 Kidzania tokens that we had collected but if you visit often then you can collect the points and swap it for something bigger.

Our favourite was the pilot simulator. We went on it 3 times. Stayed about 4 hours and did everything we wanted and more. This was due to it being no queues. Sorry I don’t know what it’s like if it’s a weekend or school holidays.

Aimed 12 years or less.

The TORTURE trip

SERIOUSLY BAD, A school trip was going to Kidzania so we had alot of fun doing jobs but the thing was that the shop where you buy toys with Kidzania currency was closed and the WORST part was the staff, some of the staff we lazy and mean to the children like cmon man we just met like 1 second go like seriously so that's why i rate this place one star, if you are going to Kidzania for school trip, oh boy YOU ARE GONNA BE TORTURED but this was at 2023 but when I went at 2019 it was amazing, man I miss the old time:(
