We vitiated during Dec 2020, Masks have to be warn and some slides closed due to covid. We actually went as two adults, we had fun but we were somewhat let down by the facilities, the food and the slides.Ask your hotel for discounted tickets.

I was there months back, in the acquapark, with a friend, to enjoy the sunny day, and play the games, it was so much fun. Time passed so quick and we had a great time. Highly recommended

I visited this park when it first opened back in 2009 it was amazing back then. However now in 2021, it feels like its stuck in time. No major upgrades, very basic limited # of rides, untrained rude staff always ready to bother or nag you about something trivial, the Surf's Up Wave Rider is a joke (compared to one at Yas and WW). No value of money. We purchased meals with our day passes, the food portions were tiny and food was literally disgusting. The fried chicken smelled like raw fish but the staff refused to acknowledge it or replace it. With other big water parks in UAE I would suggest visit the other two. Waste of money and time, could have better spent elsewhere. …

Further, we are sorry that you find the waterpark somewhat stuck in time. However, Aquaventure is currently expanding with a new 34-meter tall tower opening soon. We turned up to find out that they weren’t even open even though they let us book on their own website it also says on trip advisor and google that they are open on Sunday but apparently they are not!!! We traveled over an hour and didn’t get a refund for travel expenses. Absolutely disgusting wouldn’t recommend wasting your time coming!!!!! Offered to come on another day even though that would cost even more money to travel back down. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND…

The entire water park was a blast, made me feel like a kid again. The highlight was the Dolphin experience with Jazmine and her handlers were Van and Sonia. They were very informative and answered all of our questions. You can tell they have great love for Jazmine and take great care of her. We were with a mum with two boys and to watch their reactions were priceless. Great job. Keep it up. We are still looking at our photos and remembers the amazing experience.…
