Friendly place interactive and great service by staff
Amazing experience very interactive for young children who couldn’t contain their excitement! All the stuff were excellent throughout and explained the animals. Took the vip tour which included the family photos which were excellent and thanks to shongmingthan at the end that helped print our excellent photos very friendly and informative. Great day for family.

    Nice but nothing really extraordinary
I had bit better expectations from Green Planet. It was nice but comparing to other similar attractions anywhere in a world, it's nothing special. Comparing to other attractions, it's relatively quick to complete all floors and without any upgrades to entry level tickets, there is nothing really special...

A big go with younger kids.
It's a really amazing and educative experience for young and old. We were impressed how close you are with the animals. It's a must to experience the rain and thunderstorm. Also, we did have the VIP experience with bath and fish feeding that was not what we expected but still nice for the kids to do it and also there is a super nice checklist game for the kids we had lots of fun to search for all the birds.

    Great experience though pricey
Katie was our guide for the reptile experience and we had a really nice time exploring the animals and their habits. We were able to hold them and see the world through their eyes, which was great. The experience would be much better though if the photos and videos taken during the time were included with the experience, as you have to pay extra for those

    Amazing
It's the best place to see animals. It's amazing. Loved it. We took the reptile special entry and Katie was outstanding. She is so nice and you can see how passionate she was with animals. What a great moment. After two weeks in Dubai it's definitely the best experience.

    Amazing and colorful place
It is an amazing place for all the family. Colorful place, of many activities for children free of charge and paid, while the parents can enjoy a moment at the mini restaurant (light drinks and food), face paint, art making and a playground for kids. The animals are at hand reach, which is amazing and one can enjoy them more.

Carefully created tropic habitat for birds and animals. Good learning environment.
This place pleasantly surprised us! Carefully curated tropical habitat for birds and animals. The more you look, the more you’ll see. Wonderful to be up close to toucans and the bear cat was beautiful. Educative and enjoyable, we learnt as much as the children visiting.

I visited the Green Planet with some friends who came to visit Dubai, and I was more excited than the tourists there! It was wonderful, an indoor rainforest, and we saw all kinds and colours of birds! Although it’s also great for kids, it felt like a Disneyland for adults! Highly recommend for a unique indoor activity!

We went here with a group of 100+ Year 4 students. All had an amazing experience. Our group was personally assisted and guided by Jervie. He was such an amazing person and guide. He taught the kids much about animals, habitats, and care. He also made sure the group was comfortable and happy. His way of guiding is a mix of funny jokes and interesting facts. Everyone loved him!

The place was very wonderful. I never expected a place this green to be in the Middle East. Definitely a must-try. I'll be sharing this with a lot of people. I'll also be doing a mention about it on my Facebook Gaming page: SLIKE

Great for kids and adults alike. The biosphere itself was an experience like no other. Better than any zoo. Getting close up with animals like you wouldn’t get anywhere near else, particularly the UK. It’s quite small and will only take around 45 mins if that, but well worth it for the experience. Only in Dubai would you get something like this.

We enjoyed visiting the place very much.
We could have spent the whole day here if we could. So much to see for a small place. We were just before the tropical rain and seeing the animal enjoying the rain was great. They have no care in the world, we felt like we were in the wild.
Saw lemur “stealing” the tortoise food. He went around stole every other animals food. Too funny.

Truly a learning curve for children by observing and interacting with some of nature's wonders. The foliage, natural habitat, birds, animals and creatures were an eye opener for everyone including the grandparents!!
Really a fantastic achievement in this part of the globe but not really surprising anymore seeing other theme related places in the same country.
Nice short outing within the city limits.

My daughter aged 23 wanted to visit so we went as 4 adults !

This is a unique experience which I would say is a great place to visit for people of all ages. We did the complete experience in around an hour which was more than enough time for adults.

If you have children below the age of 11 then it will take much longer as there are several play areas that will draw them in - activities in the attraction.

You arrive and go up in the lift to the top of the building and then gently walk around the building descending visiting various habitant for different animal species. It unusual to be able to get so up and close to the birds which was a major advantage of this experience.

There are two cafe / snack bars on on which is situated in the children’s play area.
