    Not good for Birthday Celebration
I was so disappointed, i emailed and phoned prior but no answer. I booked for my son’s birthday yesterday yet when i came and have my small cake, you charged me for the storage.,of course i dont want to throw and waste it. Ill review this theme park as i expected too much, ive been here couple of times but first time i tried to celebrate with my son. And other theme parks where cooperative. And this one, no response!!! If we should have known cake were not allowed i wont bring any. It is just for a simple birthday celebration. Yet you didnt make it extra special.

    Never ever again
Very disappointed. It is an outrage that disabled individuals / wheelchair users / people of determination have to pay entry to this park when not even a single ride is accessible. Some of the rides, especially the Hulk and Avengers 3D movie experiences could have easily been made accessible with minor alterations, or accommodated by park staff, who were very blunt and condescending about explaining the need to walk in order to access the ride. It was disrespectful and upsetting. It ruined the entire experience as one of our family members had to sit at the exit of every ride and endure the terribly loud music, without enjoying a single second, whilst we felt bad for leaving them behind. The Haunted House experience lacked any symbols on the map about the lack of accessibility for disabled individuals, even though it was rudely and immediately revealed to us that it was not accessible. All in all, it was a harrowing experience. Too dark, too loud and all the rides themselves were very short. The park was also eerily empty, and entry was extremely overpriced for what the park was. Discrimination at it’s finest. It’s a no from me.

    Yawnfest
IMG Worlds of Adventure is a mediocre theme park. My sons (age 15 & 12) were disappointed by the lack lustre rides that left us wanting more. This park is an option for younger kids or families that do not intend visiting the more exciting, better maintained theme parks in the UAE. There are very few thrill rides and the family rides produced a big yawn. My son was denied entry to the Haunted Hotel as we were unaware of the requirement that teens age 15 to 18 need to produce ID. We saw several other guests who were clearly below 15 gain entry to the attraction. The park attendant and manager that we queried this double standard with were rude and dismissive. The only ride worth a second visit is Spider-Man Doc Ock’s Revenge. The souvenir shops carry out-dated, boring merch and have a limited variety. Overall, I would not visit this theme park again, especially considering the steep entrance fee.

    Overall Underwhelming
I would of been so annoyed had I paid at the gate. Entry to IMG was part of the GoCity Pass, so I wasn't so annoyed. When we went, the park was empty to the extent that we thought it was closed on arrival. Rides were OK, nothing to write home about. The park just lacked sole, walking empty paths with no atmosphere made for a very underwhelming hour and a half.

Expensive park with little to justify the price
Too expensive for what it offers. 65% of departments in the park are just restaurants and shops. Only 35% are amusement and entertainment. I think THE PLACE IS A RIP-OFF because after buying the expensive ticket for entry, you still have to pay for most of the individual activities in the park. Not recommended

    Skip if not needed
Selection of rides are ok, nothing that stood out. Biggest problem is it a hustle food toys everything was extortionate. Done once wouldnt go again, if thinking and on the fence I'd probably not go plenty better experience to have in dubai

    Unprofessional staff towards Fazaa application
No doubt the place is lively and entertaining but for the staff @ the entrance (ticket). A little of training will do a lot if good for IMG.. Fazza rule# 14 states clearly that discount is for father mother wife children and SIBLINGS. I am the sibling who bought for my daughter and the staff did not accept. Inspite of showing the Fazaa rule with some staff accepting and the other half did not. Clearly the rule of order was based on the staff's mood. Shame. I was forced to pay for a full ticket without accepting the 30% entertainer discount or any other discount at my disposal. Clearly the staff need some training.

    Very badly trained security
We usually come to IMG with the familly since its opening. We always have a fantastic time. We came on Halloween with our 2 kids and tonight I must say it was absolutely embarrassing how the security managed the entrance. We have been to DisneyLand and other them parks in the world and they always have a small kids and pregnant ladies entrance. They didnt and we were stuck in in a huge crowd and no control. Then security came saw us with a pushchair and pushed it out the way and moved us from the queue telling us how we should not bring kids and telling me how to raise my kids. Last I checked halloween is for kids and so is IMG. Why did they let us purchase the tickets in the first place.

In principle it’s a good day out. Our boy loved it, but I have to echo what others have said regarding queue jumping and disinterested staff. All the rides take far longer to get on because there is no enthusiasm at all. We went today and there wasn’t many family guests but a couple of thousand students it was bedlam at times kids jumping lines etc they would often go in the fast pass lines and not be checked or challenged. Many of the rides are really good. Out of all the zones the Cartoon Network one was the most disappointing but the dinosaur section was by far the best

Really enjoyed our trip to IMG. Getting in was quite the ordeal and unorganised but once we got through the barriers we had a great time. It was very quiet due to it being mid-week and we were able to get on all of the rides without really having to queue for anything. Suitable for all ages. Watch out for the Powerpuff Girls ride, a lot more intense than it looks! All the rides were operating and the staff all seemed friendly.
I suspect we'd have a very different experience at the weekend / busier times but we'd definitely recommend.

Family of 3 including a 15 YO boy. This was a last minute decision to go here after researching on the internet one breakfast time, I thought it looked a fun day out. Reading some of the reviews beforehand was a mistake as I seriously nearly decided not to go but we said let's do it and if it is no good we would come away earlier than planned. The journey to IMG did not inspire us it looked unkempt and derelict coming up to the car park but we still did not deter from our original plan.
Got inside at 11.45am and it looked busy, there were a couple of school buses with pupils loitering in the admission area and we did think 'oh great'. Queued for tickets and the lovely lady in the kiosk explained if we could provide our Emirates boarding pass for our incoming flight we could get 30% off admission pricing. Result!! We had these on our phone so all in all total of £175 for three of us. Did not purchase any fast pass tickets we thought we would go with the flow! We started at the Marvel area, Hulk 4D was closed but should be up and running later so that wasn't too bad, this was the only ride that was not open, in all other areas everything was open and running fine. We honestly had a great day, thoroughly enjoyed all the big and little rides and was one of the best days out we had on the holiday.
Yes, with the school pupils queuing took longer but they were polite and I did not see much queue jumping, the adults were worse at this on the day we went. Some were just plain rude!
The food options were absolutely amazing, something for everyone and really lovely. I was surprised that every food cart and restaurant was open, we were spoilt for choice tbh. The school buses left at 3.30pm ish so once they all disappeared it was straight onto each ride no worries. We literally did Spiderman and Velociraptor three times in a row, each time straight on hardly anyone queuing.
The staff were pleasant enough but if you are looking for the Disney World experience then do not get your hopes up, we had a laugh with a few, none were rude and we were polite back. It is a park I would visit again for sure!

This is a great amusement park with plenty of rides. We particularly enjoyed the dinosaur section. It's all indoors and at times it did feel the music was a tad too loud, if this were an outdoor park I guess you wouldn't be so aware of how loud it can be. We went near Halloween and it was lovely to see all the decorations and the slightly eerie music as we entered the park; our kids really enjoyed this. We did get a fast pass, although when we went it wasn't really needed, as we didn't see huge queues on any of the rides. On arrival our bags were checked to see if we were bringing any outdoor food as it's prohibited. I did email the park the day before to query what food options were available for us as we're vegetarian and gluten free - to our disappointment there was only one option available at 1 restaurant - a green salad, not exactly exciting for my children. I did enquire whilst at the park at the Indian restaurant and was told everything did contain gluten apart from the rice. I questioned in more detail as I could see dhaal and yoghurt also available, and was told they would be gluten free but they would need to make them fresh? I guess IMG as being extra cautious not to contaminate anyone with an allergy but surely they should have more on the menu other than a green salad for people who are both vegetarian and gluten free! That said the kids did enjoy their day at IMG, but I would say if IMG can't accommodate certain dietary needs they should be allowed to bring food into the venue.

We happened to go on a day when there must have been 20 school buses on the same day, it was carnage so noisy it was unbearable especially with an autistic child! The queues were insane, the lines do not seem to move at all, we could barely get on any rides as the queues were awful. Disappointing and a lot of money for a baby average day 😞

Wow, what a let down. The amount of queue jumping is incredible, there’s absolutely zero organisation or supervision to prevent people jumping the queue.
The staff on all of the rollercoaster rides are completely disinterested, they are so lacklustre a sloth would outrun them. I’m astonished these people have been hired.
If you have ever been to Orlando’s theme parks don’t go here you will be disappointed and upset at the quality of…….everything!
