This site is quite large and there is a nice courtyard. At the heart of the complex there is a huge Buddha which is said being carved from a single block of marble.

Very big one! I saw different things, like a bell man, that stays there just ringing the bell, a boy with birds, which you buy one and release! Very interesting visit!

Not a must-see because it looks similar to any other pagoda and is not very clean. Would use time to see sth different.

Not at all busy, a lovely place to visit. The Buddha was very pretty and to think it is carved from one piece of marble! I think it is worth a look to see the craftsmanship.

Another great pagoda in Mandalay. It is right at the foot of the hill near the entrance. Bright colors make this a very beautiful place. There are a few buildings to visit. Just relax and let it soak in. Beautiful place.
