It is nice to see who was the one to bring the city into Bulgaria. He was a great tsar and the monument has a nice park close to everything in Varna.

A very impressive equestrian statue of famous 12-13 century Bulgarian tsar who had expanded Bulgarian lands during his life while confronting with the Byzantine Empire. Very expressive.
