Located in the car feeding square this church is a bit of an oddity. It’s quite small and inside you’ll find a lot of the murals have crumbled away. There’s a really odd Christ crucifixion piece in here but the most bizarre thing you’ll find...More

This has three points of interest, The size makes it quite quaint, secondly the story of the church told on the doors is worthy of your time and then the preserved remains of the nun who foretold the fall of Kotor is preserved. It won't...More

Do stroll past this gorgeous church on your way through the city, towards the northern gate. It is a beautiful sight to enjoy.

The church of St. Mary is not that special except its age, foundations date back to 6th century, and the glass coffin containing the relics of a 16thcentury nun who "saved" the city from the Turks. Also conveniently located at the base for the path...More

This is a very strange church. You have to hear about the story of the little nun, who foretold of the town being attacked and came with others of Orthodox faith from the countryside into the city when the Ottomans tried to take Kotor. The...More

There is nothing overly exciting about the Church of Blazena Ozana except for the dead body of a religious figure inside. That said it's very easy to come by if you are wondering around the old town and might be worth a quick look inside...More

Went here when visiting Kotor. It is an astonishing, beautiful old church and well worth taking the time to visit.

But it is certainly worth a stop if nothing more than to look at the 20th century bronze door which depicts the life of the Ozana of Cattaro who devoted her life to prayer.

There are many churches in Kotor and this one is from the 12th century. The door of this church looked different and artistic. There are a few frescoes in side the church and they are from the 15th century created by Greek artists.
