We took a full day boat trip to three Islands - Lopud, Sipan and Kolacep. Which meant we only spend hours at each. Lopud was our favourite. Nice stretch of beach, cafes, bars and ice cream shops.

As part of a private tour we stopped on Lopud for a few hours. It has a slightly hippie, cool feel. Plenty of places to eat and drink and good bathing stops. We took a short ride on the buggies to the sandy beach on...More

We spent here a half of a day. In the city Lopud you can find everything what you need: beaches, bars, restaurants, shops, parks, attractions. Nice place without cars and realy stressless compared to nearby Dubrovnik.

One side of the island you'll find shops and restaurants. Take a golf cart to the other side and you'll find a lovely cove where you can swim in the Adriatic from a sandy beach. We were there during a heat wave and the beaches...More

It is the second Elafiti Island, and it is about an hour's ferry ride away from the main port. There is a surprisingly wonderful art gallery there - Thyssen Bornemisza Art Contemporary, where they are currently showing a work by Olafu Eliarson. The gallery itself...More

Aesthetically stunning island, which I believe will become even more desirable when it is inevetibly invested in,as its potential is plain to see.

Lopud is a small island with beaches on either ends. The Sunj beach is a decent sandy island. But it is on the opposite end of where the boats arrive. Since it is quite hilly, a trek from the harbor to Sunj can be a...More

My opinion I realise is tainted by arriving for approximately 2 hours as part of a 3 island trip. The port is on one side of the island and we were recommended to go to the beach on the other side. This is quite a...More

Spent 4 hours here. Not worth the rip off beach buggy ride to the sandy beach on the other side of the island. 30 minute walk uphill to find the buggies and then overpriced tourist trap. Not for the less able! Much preferred swimming in...More

One of the best beaches around. Soft sand shallow water, great for the family! Go by boat and spend an hour or all day!

The monastery is only a few steps to your left. But if you can, confirm whether it's open to the public as there was restoration work going on when I was there and it was closed. They rent golf carts right at the ferry drop... More

Public transport can be obtained in Dubrovnik at the ferry terminal. There's a lot going on with the cruise ships, but forget everything and head towards the ferry that takes the islanders and touring people on a small ferry... More
