Sipan Island is a beautiful place, the two towns there are Sipanska Luka and Sudurad. Sipanska Luka is the most beautiful place, unspoiled by mass tourism. Imagine going back to your hotel, with only the sound of the birds and insects, no drunks, no thump...More

Loved the island. Cycling, walking, swimming and excellent fresh fish dishes. Apt offered us everything that we needed with glorious view over rooftops of the village and across the sea.

We only stopped here for 75 mins on a boat tour, but had a little wander about, then sat in a little bar overlooking the lovely harbour.. Would have loved to have had a little more time. They do make a fantastic red wine on...More

Lovely little island with a monastery . It was closed for a refurb at the time we visited. Nice harbour area, we didn't have much time to visit further due to adverse weather conditions.

A beautiful little island with local gifts and produce. If your into butterflies this island seemed to have more than anywhere else we visited with spectacular swallow tails flitting around the flowering shrubs.

We are due go to Sipan for 2 weeks rest and relaxaction. Need to know what currency is accepted on the Island. Web sites indicate that the mainland will accept euros and sterling. Also how much is bike & kayak hire.
