We only discovered Marjan Park on our second trip to Split. Definitely worth the climb up to the top of the hill to take in the fantastic view over the city, harbour & surrounds. Lovely pine forest, very clean. No litter.

Not for the faint hearted. Although I'm in my 60s and made it with lots of small rests. The views are worth it. Over 700 steps and the steep hill but lots of places to stop and admire the view. My daughter did it twice!
