Primorsky Boulevard stands above the Sea Vokzal, passenger terminal of Odessa port and Potemkin Steps. The boulevard is lined with amazing architecture. There are many points of interest nearby.

There aren't bars nearby but lots of benches. Be aware of women: they look gorgeous but they only want free food and drinks...or paid sex. There is no exception. If you are a tourist you must pay.

Built to resemble an English promenade, this 1,640 foot long boulevard is home to many architectural attractions. It stands high above the port and descends to the main sea terminal by way of the Potemkin Stairs. Lined by age-old linden, sycamore and chestnut trees, it...More

I loved the city centre, lots of things to do. Food is very tasty and clean. Taxies, tram 🚃 and transport in general is very easy.

A short promenade full of color, horses, ponies, music, jugglers, balloon sellers and a magical atmosphere. Cafes, restaurants and pubs around. Buy black ice cream, strange and delicious! (located two steps after "Ali Baba" restaurant. We walked with a baby carriage and was very comfortable

As far as I know, the night life at Odessa is not very attractive in the Winter and/or Spring. Surely in the summer months, when the tourist season is at its peak, more events are taking place.
