Local city tour bus passes the Avenida Balboa from the mall and all the way near the Hilton with views of the ocean. But traffic can be horrible.

They spent a lot of money updating and upgrading the city. I lived in Panama in the late 90s, and Balboa Ave is much nicer now with a park and walkways. A beautiful city to travel to!

We stayed at Intercontinental hotel with the view of Balboa ave.. It is so beautiful and nice to take a walk there or to jog. There are very convenient cross bridges available for people to cross the street. The view of the skyline is stunning!

Awesome view! Also the best place to run, walk or just unwind... it feels safe to use your phone and walk alone, police visibility. Perfect even for solo travelers. Also near the seafood market and a 5-minute ride to Casco Viejo.
