Chernobyl National Museum is interesting to know about nuclear disasters like Iroshima, Kawasaki and of course Chernobyl. Many documents and pictures.

We ended up going after our private tour of chernobyl and we are so glad we went! The information provided there is amazing! Be sure to take pictures of everything because they do not sell a book with the information, which was a bummer.

A good museum, that explains in great detail how the disaster occured and the terrible way the local population was kept ill-informed. Do arrive early and rent one of the audio sticks

My daughter and I visited this the day before we attended The Chernobyl Tour. It was an invaluable precursor to that and provided a clear overview before the visit. You pay a small deposit (which gets returned) and a small fee for a headset in...More

I do not know for sure; Visa cards are generally acceptable but I believe we paid in cash.
