Holy Transfiguration cathedral was built in 2005-2010, neo-byzantine style, decorated with beautiful mosaics. The church is filled with light. Dean: metropolitan Alexander Drabinko. Church choir directed by A.Tarasenko. Carillon of 54 bells is housed in the bell tower, it plays a melody each hour. Ukrainian, Russian, English speaking clergy.

There is the most beautiful and light church in Kyiv. The church have a lot of incredibly mosaics. No other church in Kyiv have such mosaics.

The Cathedral is modern and different from those you may find in Kiev. The mosaics inside is incredably beautiful and worth seeing. You may find very rare icon of the Holy Community in the altar part. The choir singing is very nice! Come and see...More

We had a great pleasure to baptize our children in this amazing cathedral. It is a very inspirational place - calm and full of light. The mosaics of the church are a true work of art, the atmosphere is sublime.

This nice, light-filled church is decorated with beautiful mosaics. There is third Eucharist mosaic in Kiev in this church (first in St Sophia Cathedral, second one is from St Michael the Archangel Cathedral, stored in St Sophia on the gallery). Byzantine saints with St Constantine...More
