Most of similar buildings were destroyed, but this one was lucky to remain and in perfect condition. It is also a memorial for Jewish population that was eliminated in WWII and to successful merchants that were eliminated in 1920s.

Nothing special. But if you're in the area it's worth checking out. There is a lot of nice architecture on most of the buildings in this part of Kiev.
