Funicular Railway only did what it does best, transporting people from Lower Town to Upper Town, vice versa. The ride was short and offered no spectacular view over Zagreb. I guess those justified an economical ticket price.

The Zagreb funicular is the world’s shortest cable railway used for public transport. The 64-second ride covers a distance of 66 meters between the Lower and Upper Towns. The lower station is at the end of Tomiceva Street, a side street of the main shopping...More

It's like a 90 second ride, but my kids (6, 8, and 11) thought it was fun. I don't know that I'd do it again, but it was interesting to do once. It's like 4kn a person so it's pretty cheap.

Enjoyed the experience of using this railway and the experience was heightened once we reached St Mark’s Square. Definitely worth using the railway and visiting the square.

This is a nice way to short cut to the upper side of the city, use it and then walk down, nice streets

This very short (and very cheap) trip up the funicular track is the best way to travel up the the church and museums in one of the most photogenic parts of Zagreb.

I thought this to be of similar nature in experience as London eye. But was disappointed. Other time i tried climbing the steps and was equally excited to walk and take photographs of the graffiti over the walls. not worth spending 4 Kr.
