Lovely views and a good lunch at the top of the mountain. Worth it for views alone. The cable car ride was enjoyable and went at a good pace to take in everything on the ground under you.

The dining at the Balcony Rest is good, limited English though. You will get a surprise if you order the Albanian Pot and are not expecting organs covered in cheese. park is very dirty, service in hotel bar is terrible.

You can take the gondola up or drive up. To get to the gondola, you can take a bus from the center of the city, then walk the remaining half mile or so, but the best bet is to take a taxi. It shouldn't be more than 5 or 6... More
