This was s really good experience. The historical site is amazing. And what made it extra perfect Alex Jesús the tour guide was amazing.  Very knowledgeable and friendly.  We moved through the city at a perfect pace not slow not fast. He knew all thr good photo locations and took some great photos of me. He speaks English very clearly and I could understand 100% of what he said all the time. He made good use of his book with pictures as well.   I'm very happy   If I was his boss I would give him a promotion.

We had a very good experience with all the tours we booked with this agency. We did the best of Lima tour as well as the Nazca lines and Huacachina. You have to wear a clear plastic face shield in addition to your facial mask in all of their transportation vehicles and on the plane. But once you are on the tours, you only wear the facial mask. The vehicles are comfortable and have plenty of leg room. We did have to wait about 45 minutes to take off for the Nazca lines due to the fog. So plan accordingly. Frank from the agency warned us ahead of time and he was always attentive to every detail. Once in Cusco, we also did a 2d1n sacred valley tour with Machu Picchu. The guide in Machu Picchu, I don't remember his name, was very good. The restaurant they took us in Urubamba was also excellent, lots of selections and Peruvian food from this restaurant was particularly very well prepared. They also offer a variety of Pisco sours that were very delicious. Weather was not that bad for being rainy season, it only rains hard for about 30 minutes, then it stops. The only complaint I have is that due to road closures, they switched our Route of the Sun tour from Cusco to Puno and the bus was not very good. Not the companies fault. Once in Puno we did a 2d1n Lake Titicaca + Amanti tour with homestay which was fantastic. The family we stayed in were very welcoming and friendly. Overall, pretty much everything met our expectations and we are going home with great memories.

Frank and his team got us to the Belmond Hotel, whose entrance is a one minute walk to the Macchu Picchu ruin gate. Local travel restriction happened the day before we were to arrive and it was an open question about whether it was possible for us to make it up there since the way could be blocked. We considered not going, but we had the plane tickets... Travelling during times of Covid is full of surprises and there were not fewer than we expected. There would be no way my travel partner and I could have gotten to the Belmond at that time on our own devices. Frank warned us about potential obstacles on the way to Machu Picchu, but we decided to go because the plan made sense. It was about a five hour drive each way, with a 6 km flat walk in between. The guide and the driver were cool and had had a helpful rapport everywhere we went. The driver seemed to know the roads well, I felt safe the whole drive and the pace seemed appropriately brisk. We were fortunate to get there when we did and so smoothly, other travelers who arrived later reported harrowing journeys, validating the risks Frank warned us about. It seemed safe to assume that staying at the Belmond would give us the best chance to get into the ruins. Frank's team would provide the best chance to get us there. We were disappointed the government ended up not opening the ruins when we arrived, but knew that was a possibility. The staff at the Belmond was super cool and so were the handful of other guests there at the time. The dinner package we had turned out amazing and the hotel provided some good views of the ruins. On our way out, when we crossed the bridge, people who were waiting asked us how we had got in, the bridge had been closed after we passed the day before.

My friend and I traveled to South America for a month. One of the stops included Machu Picchu. Normally, the MP tickets have to be secured months prior to traveling; however, with all the COVID restrictions, I wanted to book all our travels closer to the time of departure to ensure the countries did not have second thoughts about allowing visitors to come (like Europe has done in Nov). I contacted Frank at the Machu Picchu Center and he has gone above and beyond to assist us to secure the tickets (even when there were no tickets available for the dates we will be traveling) as well as booked our private transfer, train, bus and guide. One day prior to this part of the trip, I found out that there was a strike involving the trains and buses to MP. Frank made some phone calls and secured us a private driver and a personal escort – both of whom escorted us 3 hours each way (by foot!) just so we can visit the site. In addition, because of his vast knowledge of the issue, he informed us that we would have to leave early since the protesters will be blocking the roads. Although we weren’t thrilled to start the trip at 5am, we had no issues at all with the barricade or protestors. However, we later found out from other hotel guests during our stay at the Belmond they were blocked by the protesters and/or had issues passing through barricade with the police having to get involved. In addition to MP, we traveled to various other cities as a part of my South America trip. Even he though he’s based out of Peru, he arranged a package for us to visit Paraguay with one of his affiliates in Brazil. He is currently arranging another private tour with another affiliate in Colombia for us. I’ve traveled to 86 countries and I have been through a handful of riots and protests during my travels. I also normally book all of my travels on my own. However, I am so blessed to have found Frank! There’s no way we could have made this part of the trip happen without this calming voice, attention to detail, guidance and expertise! Frank has spent hours with me on phone calls and texts to ensure that he was on top of things! I couldn’t ask for a better travel agent and wholeheartedly recommend Frank for your MP (as well as South America) travel needs!

Katherine was so, so amazing to deal with!! I chatted with her on-line numerous times, asking many questions, and she was always patient and offered advice. Our group of four booked the 2 Day/1Night Sacred Valley trip from Cusco the Machu Picchu. We are so excited to go on this trip, and might have gone with a different company if Katherine wasn't so incredible. She made the difference in being worried about the trip to feeling relaxed and being excited. Will comment again upon our return. Thank you Katherine!!!
