Beautiful church located in the main square of Cusco, inside it is a museum of the Catholic church, there are many pictures of religious paintings, many of them painted by indigenous artists during the conquest, it is forbidden to film or take photos.

Not surprisingly, this cathedral is similar to European churches. It is beautiful! It also appears to have a healthy and lively congregation. Well worth the admission price.

Extremely large Church, seems to be almost 3 in one churches. Lots of paintings and figures throughout. The one difference i notice here compared to other European Catherdrals is the lack of stained glass

We made a very last minute decision to take a tour. I am so glad we did. There are no words to describe the beauty and unfortunately no photos to prove it, as they are not allowed. It was worth every sol!

Very well preserved. It is worth visiting both inside and out.
The view is part of the City tour, the cost of admission is 25 soles, it is forbidden to take photos of the paintings, many of them painted by indigenous people during the conquest.

Nice, 15th-century Renaissance-style building.
It is a classic to be here if you are in Cusco. The main staircase and the surroundings of the square give the cathedral a very special touch. Taking photos inside the cathedral is not allowed.

Cusco never ceases to amaze, a very artistic city, known as the Rome of America.
The Cathedral of Cusco is the best example of Andean art in Peru.
