We did the free walking tour in Lima spontaneously. It was not focused on the touristy stuff but more on hidden places. We had exclusive access to a rebuilt theater which was impressive (and they offer free plays as we found out). On the end...More

This walking tour is the worst I’ve experienced in South America. The guide, ERIK, didn’t taught me anything. It seems like he’s just telling you some highlights from Wikipedia. Superficial facts and not getting deep into the information. Furthermore, the tour was very touristic. You...More

Jose was an excellent guide. He introduced us to the many parts of the city and also answered many of our questions about daily life. I would highly recommend him for your first day in this wonderful city!

This tour went from one shop to another, offering us a taste of alpaca meat, chocolate tasting, sample of drinks, music demonstration for tips, etc.. all of them offering discounts if we came back to purchase something. This was really a promotional tour with minimal...More

I think the tour goes every afternoon from the square in the centre of Cusco. It is either 3 or 3.30pm. There were several people walking around the square handing out leaflets prior to this.
