On my first visit to Quito I stayed a block over from Quicentro. The exterior is acceptable but the interior stores are very upscale. High end shopping that is world class. Check it out on a rainy day.

This is a mall for all budgets and tastes. It has a very European feel to it and has lots of food choices. We ate at the Crepes and Waffles here and had a terrific dinner there.
