Yes, the park is a bit tired and needs a spruce up but it is teeming with vitality and people enjoying all kinds of leisure activities. I like to walk the length of it and go to the Human Rights Museum at he other end.

I am not sure. If you are referring to La Casa Harlequin, the colorful building, that is there and used for special exhibitions. I don't remember seeing greenhouses but I imagine they are used for the plants in the park... More
