Count 3 hours to reach the lake. Before, there is not so big interest in the walk. Very beautiful landscape. A perfect trek to train before going to more difficult places

Long hike, NOT for the week (if you want to reach the top). At least 4 hrs up and 2,5-3 hrs down. Take water, food and a camera!! You won't regret getting to the top top TOP.

Arduous hike to the peak of the reserve, but you rewarded with panoramic views of 4 volcano´s and lake Villarica, absolutely worth the trek! Busses leave frequently from Pucon for cheap

Simply put, this is a beautiful hike! Great views, hidden little waterfalls, and lots to see. Monkey puzzle trees at the top. We even saw a condor (I think).

It's not a national park, it is a sactuary and that makes a different trip than Huerquehue. It's shorter but steeper and the initial trial is very hard, imposible if raining. Watch out. But if you manage to survive the first part of it, then...More
