This is well worth seeing and remembering those who lost their lives in the Falklands war . The locals and visitors take time to ensure this memorial is preserved.

This monument is quite tall and easily spotted on the shoreline near downtown. It only takes a few moments to stop, read the plaques and take a photo.

Very impressive memorial on the foreshore in Stanley. Stanley is very small and one can visit town attractions on foot in a couple of hours. We particularly liked the bronze bust of Margaret Thatcher located in the same area.
