We are a small family with two girls, 10 and 12 year old, and going to the Philippines, we found out that this was the best occasion to follow a scuba open water dive cours. Being completely new in this territory we 've had a lot of questions which were always promptly answered by Lisa and Flor. We read all... More

I happened upon this PADI dive shop while browsing PADI's website. I wanted to get scuba certified during my vacation. There are at least a dozen dive shops on Alona Beach and more than a few offer PADI certification courses of varying levels. I completed my course with Frank as my instructor, and I must say he made it seem... More

Had an amazing dive experience with my instructor Rex! He was excellent and friendly, making the course educational as well as fun! Would recommend all new divers or those pursuing higher courses to attend it here! Will be back here again for more dives with the friendly staff and instructors!

I took the open water course with Frank and had a great time. Frank is really good at what he does. He knows exactly how to guide you through the course quickly and effectively so you have all the knowledge and skills you need to have fun diving. I'm really glad I was able to learn from him. The rest... More

I spent two weeks at Alona beach and watched every dive company and observed their boats and the service. I chose Philippine fun divers for their amazing customer service, the best and biggest Banka boat at Alona, and the wonderful, caring and fun people to dive with. Alan was my dive master, and having not dived for awhile, I was... More

Great school, professional instructors. I feel like I've learned a lot during my OW course. They don't rush the course, but they make sure you learn it the proper way. Rex was a great instructor! Guus (Netherlands)

We did our AOW with Frank as our instructor and he did a great job. All his tips were easy to apply and immediately made a difference in our diving. The instructor really makes the difference on these courses and we feel we picked up a wealth of knowledge from Frank. Atmosphere around the shop was great, all friendly folk.... More

Me and my boyfriend did 7 fun dives with philippine fun divers. Divemaster Alan is amazing! He can find and show you everything you want to see, including the big sea horses on the sandy slope :) The equipment is also really good and so is the boats and the boatcrew. We had a really good time diving here!

I did several days of diving with Philippine Fun Divers and I'd highly recommend it as a both a good area (Panglao, Balicasag Island) to dive in and as a good shop to dive with. First, I completed my Advanced Open Water with a dive instructor, Frank, and then I did another 8 dives over the next several days with... More
