This is a good shopping center in puerto Princesa.there are food eateries in the center like McDonald’s etc. the SM shopping center is also well designed to make shopping easy. Good to spend an afternoon here .

finally, SM reached palawan and made its presence permanent.
this one devoured its competitor hands down albeit the latter has long been established much earlier. with its size, stalls and services being offered, this mall is a stand-out,

After walking along the promenade on a very hot and humid day, we decided to check out this mall on our way back just to 'chill' :) It's a big mall with different shops and eateries, the air-con was good :) I liked the supermarket :)

10 years ago, SM shopping properties use to stand for smiling faces, great customer service, and value. Somewhere since then, I can only assume that the management that use to uphold those qualities, either no longer value them, or have been replaced by individuals who decided to replace such enjoying features with only a concern for getting every peso they can get from those who enter their doors.
That being said, SM City Puerto Princesa is a perfect example of lacking concern for the customers. Only a couple years old, almost all of the restrooms are already out of order, and are never repaired, thus only the restrooms on the top floor seem to be maintained. Regarding seniors, there is nowhere for them to rest, unlike at Robinson's Malls which always offers courtyards, food courts, and places to relax and rest your feet for a while. The Cinemas are incredibly small, also discouraging locals to go to the cinemas at Robinson's mall and use their cinemas. And like many SM malls, about 1/3rd of the spaces are unoccupied, especially on the third floor which gives the impression that SM Management did not think clearly about the needs and interests of local residents of Palawan.
The WiFi service at SM mall is also sub-par compared to other locations. Their "free" WiFi only lasts for a few minutes and then disconnects, over and over again, and the local shops also seem to only have an extremely low speed WiFi service to offer.
Overall, SM corporate management just doesn't care. They don't care about your comfort, they don't care about building maintenance, and they don't care about service or quality.
One positive quality I will mention though, is the security staff. They are in fact very alert, even to the extent of noticing that I left my key in my motorcycle and kept it safely at the security kiosk to prevent theft until I returned to the bike. Such attention to detail is admirable and worthy of mentioning.

It is located at the city center, newer than Robinson Shopping mall. There is a cinema where you can watch movies at very cheap prices. Massage service is available too. The supermarket here is smaller than the one in Robinson though. Overall, the shopping experience is fine.

Considering that you are in a relatively small town, this Mall is an oasis of elegance. It is very neat and clean and is well appointed with the usual eating and shopping outlets. Although comparisons are odious, I would say that this Mall is more lively than the other one in town, viz. Robinson's.

Decent shopping Mall to browse in if weather bad. Some ok shops & the staff very smiley & welcoming in SM store.

We had a dinner yesterday in jollibee sm puerto with my husband and my youngest son. The service is amazing . Thanks to eden for assisting our food for take out.😊

Good morning, I'm not sure who controls your music at the Sm mall Puerto princesa. Almost every morning an hour after you open hardcore rock music plays. It is really off putting, it puts you in a bad mood and it is way too early for that kind of music (no offence). I think you guys should look into it.

Last Saturday(April 14, 2019) I was here. I ordered a ,chicken crispy sandwich with veggies(special request - that was granted. Today, I came when the same sandwich. Denzel (2nd in command) immediately refused my request). Mind u the requests of lettuce was not even 100grams. When another person came (Marik) she agreed granted my requests. Renzel, no professionalism with talking to the guests
