yes ofcourse. you have two options, either go by motor or a tricycle. 😊
Is going to Nacpan Beach after coming back from a day tour not advised? Leaving maybe around 3pm (town proper) and probably getting there close to 4pm? Is that not enough time or dangerous maybe at night?

The ride is roughly 45 mins. All depends on the driver. Try leaving early in the morning, so that you can catch the sunrise.
