The Location is perfect for vacation. I would definitely recommend friends to stay. The area is clean, the water is clear and the place is not crowded too.

Clean beach with lots of beach bars and restaurants. 100 Pesos for a beach chair for one day. The waves are not that high so we could really enjoy the day there. We took a scooter from El Nido town

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Nacpan Beach Resort in Palawan, and I can confidently say that it was one of the most extraordinary experiences of my life. Situated in an astounding location, the resort provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere with its friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home.
Nacpan Beach itself was simply breathtaking. The soft white sand and the gentle shade it provided created a perfect oasis. I spent blissful hours lounging on the beach, captivated by the stunning views and basking in the glorious sun.
One of the true highlights of my trip was the unforgettable boat tour around the neighboring islands. We were treated to awe-inspiring sights, including hidden lagoons and vibrant coral reefs teeming with mesmerizing marine life. It was as if I had stepped into a dream.
In summary, I cannot recommend Nacpan Beach Resort enough. It truly is a slice of paradise. If you ever find yourself in Palawan, do yourself a favor and make a point to experience this exceptional resort. It's an opportunity to create memories that will last a lifetime.

The beach is nice. It has a fine sand and very shallow. So you can go a bit far out and still can walk in the water. The day we were there, the sand was really hot, you need a flip flop. But can take off near the water, as the sand is cooler near the water.
We did have a negative experience. We neede 4 lounge chairs and it was 1000 pesos. We were able to barter down to 800 pesos.
There is an old guy with a handwritten fees for using the public restroom. I asked the restaurant across it if I could use their restroom since we were planning on eating there later. She firmly said no.
We walked down to SunMai and had lunch there. It was a 2 min walk? Very close by. They were very nice and can use the restroom for free. The restroom had toilet paper and handsoap.
Did not encounter any sand flies. A few peddlers but if you say no, they would walk away. A couple of local girls selling baked goods for college fund raisers were insistent. My hubby gave them 150 pesos.
It got busy after lunchtime so it got noisy with phones ringing, people talking on their phones, people calling out to their kids, etc. And then there were drones which were loud and super annoying.
If you have been to other beaches that’s nice, you do not have to go to this one. Nothing special really. Especially if your intent is to just chill.

Warning: I was sexually harassed by a local teen in the remote area of the beach. Sharing this experience so others can be more cautious. When i walked to the northern end of the beach I was first approached by a boy around 8. He said his name was Dave, he asked where i am from, said that he lives her on the beach with his granddad. I briefly talked to him and then continued walking. He asked me for money and i said no. Some time later i was walking back and i heard someone whisteling from the over by the palm trees. It was another boy, around 12-14, wearing red shorts. He waved to me that i should come to him. I waved no and kept walking. He kept whisteling and the next time i looked over he was masturbating towards me. this was a highly disturbing experience and i hope that i can kept other people from experiencing the same.
If you go there, dont bring your purse and if you are by yourself maybe ask another solo walker to go with you.

We travelled by tuktuk from corong corong (600 pesos one way; tuktuks from Nacpan are more expensive- told 1000 pesos one way but bartered down to 800). It took 45 minutes. The beach is lovely and clean for the majority of it; golden sands, palm tree lined. The waves were huge when we were there and the red flags up so swimming wasn’t so easy but I’d imagine on calmer days the swimming is glorious. We walked the entire length of the beach and it doesn’t take long to get away from everyone and have your own secluded bit of sand. There is shade from palm trees along the beach and you can also hire parasol and loungers. There were more restaurants there than we were expecting. It wasn’t really busy but there were a few tourists around. The sunset was beautiful and silvery!
It’s a shame about the ATVs who I can only assume are for lazy people who can’t be bothered to walk the length of the beach but want to see it so jump on noisy vehicles and ruin the calm, peaceful serene experience others wish for. The tyre marks ruin the look of the beach too.

Nice enough beach, lovely local people. The sand is certainly not as white as it is being presented by other reviewers. Go on a Coron or El Nido Island tour, that’s white, not Nacpan. Not that sand has to be white anyway.
Shame about a few things that are less nice.
A subwoofer that travels very well. Quad bikes that are just hideous, noisy and stink the area with their exhaust fumes, total nuisance if you ask me and you can just be grateful there are no jet skies to give you the proper Mallorca experience. If I’d stayed at the pricey Angkla resort, I’d have been seriously peed off.
As far as I am concerned, tropical beaches ought to be peaceful and should have footprints in the sand, not tyre marks and yes, there are lots of sandflies before sunset but that’s just nature and has to be accepted and you can take precaution. Lack of shade is another issue and the overall food experience is mediocre at best.
Another issue is the plastic rubbish if you bother to venture out to the local village, it’s everywhere and very sad.
People who rave about this beach ‘best beach in El Nido’ will probably say that because it’s the only one they have seen.

Nacpan Beach is a public beach but it was amazingly beautiful, it was a surprise for all of us. We went for ATV ride and too it was fun, a little bit expensive but it was fun. The restaurant around has a good variety of food, so far we had fun and amazing day.

Hi. You probably can make arrangements with your accommodation. They isn't a "place" to rent it. We rented from our AirBNB in Nacpan Beach.

We went by motorbike but if you want, you can take a tuc, tuc at el nido.
Are there any options in Nacpan to do the island hopping tours that regularly depart from El Nido? We are planning to stay 4 nights in Nacpan but want to be sure we would be able to access the islands even paying a little more.

I am not too sure about island hopping in Nacpan. We hired a motorcycle from El Nido to Nacpan beach. And most of the tours depart at El Nido unless you hire a private boat from Nacpan. Your hotel should be able to help you.
Is there much access to free wifi around Nacpan Beach? Or near Mad Monkey Hostel? TIA

There is a restaurant along side the beach that has wifi. ON the actual beach I do not recall if the restaurant's wifi reached. Sorry
What can we do in El Nido (Nacpan Beach) at night time?

You can go to bars like The Mad Monkeys. If you have ride, you can also go to the town, there are several bars and restaurants there. Puka Bar and Sava is a must try. You better stay in El Nido Town proper and just go to Nacpan during day time, in town there are more choices of restaurants, bars, island hoping and other activity than staying in islands which have limited options and expensive.

Are there any stand-up paddle boards to rent there?

yes
how long is the beach
Darvin E. Chia
Boracay, Philippines177 contributions
Its the longest beach area in El Nido, the next longest is in San Vicente. 4kms.
Nacpan Beach is a 4-km strip of powdery paradise north of El Nido town proper. The coconut lined beach faces a small cove next to Base Bay. The stretch runs southward to meet its twin — Calitang Beach. Together, they form a cape that sticks out to the sea that can get rough without warning. A small, palm crowned, grass-covered hill marks the spot where the two ivory beaches meet. Small islands dotting the bay can also be seen clearly from the beach.

You could find someone to drive you on a tricycle. Have them stick around if you don't want to get left there.
