    Part of island hopping tour
You will need to hop on an island hopping tour if you’d like to go here - it’s gorgeous and I enjoyed the views and history. There is a bar on the island, but it is very very basic and the bar does not ‘have change’ when you buy drinks. The beach is overcrowded but still worth a visit

    nice, white sand beach
this is one of the beaches included in the island hopping tour selection in el nido, palawan. we're glad we chose tour A. well, this island was bustling with people. it's summer time and tourists flocked the beach. when i first stepped foot on this place two decades ago, el nido had sparse tourist activities. so we had this island all by ourselves. 7 commandos is conducive for beach volleyball. there was a group of random strangers who got together and played the game when we got there. nice to see them having fun.

    Nice, calm beach
We went here around 11am so it was quite hot at the time. We were informed to avoid staying under the coconut trees as there were some incidents of coconuts falling on people. There was a bit of shady area in some places so it was fine. The sand was fine and the quality of the beach was top notch. Worth visiting for at least 30 minutes to about an hour at most.

On the plus side there is barely any litter and they are trying to make a real effort to reduce plastic, especially bottles.
But there are just too many tours, too many people and as a result too much dead coral.
The boats drop their anchors anywhere.
Tourists are still standing in the shallow coral and bringing rubbish onto the beach.
The sand is lovely. Sea is warm.

Pretty boring and overcrowded. Later was no quiet place and there is a pretty dangerous white dog who tried to bite me in the face.
Drinks also overpriced.
Other places you pay 25-50 piso for a cola and there 100 piso.
Also one beer is instead of 60 piso for 150.

The private landhoping tour with secret beach, hidden lagoon was really boring.

Also instead to book a expensive boat to come to seven commandos . You also can just rent easy a kayak and drive from el Nido beach left around the corner 15 -20 minutes and you by 7 commando

This is the last stop of our island hopping tour (Tour A). Just an ordinary beach wherein you can lounge to kill time before your tour ends. The tree swing seems fun for the local and foreign tourists. Beach is clean and the waters are clear.

It was raining when we came here, but there are plenty of huts to get covered. But why should we? We came here to swim and enjoy the beach So rain or shine, this place is worth stopping by.

We visited this beach as part of Tour A boat trip. On arrival we were surprised at the amount of boats moored up there. Our trip the activity here was to snorkel. We were shocked at all the dead coral and lack of fish in the sea here. The beach was just ok it was extremely windy the day we were there (we may of just been unlucky) but the sand was made up of a lot of coral which made it very painful when being blown along with the wind. Having spent a week on Coron and a week in ElNido this was the beach we enjoyed the least.

The tour and guide were amazing for tour A but this last stop was no fault of theirs. It was lame, lacking areas to lounge, a small strip of beach with store staff who were unfriendly and seemed put off by everyone buying anything from them. We told our guide we were ready to leave after 10 mins. If this was a historic place, it should’ve been exhibited as such.

We stopped here first as part of Tour A. Weather was perfect. We snorkelled the whole time. Yes, there are other tour boats but you have room to snorkel. There was some nice live coral a bit of a distance out. Nice fish too. Saw a small lion fish :) It was some of the best coral of the day trip. It is not the Great Barrier Reef but it is still worth making an effort to snorkel here, just have to go out at least 20m or more from the beach
