the only premium catamaran experience in el nido. head and shoulders above all other boat tours!
admittedly, it's more expensive than regular boats, but the catamaran and the service they provide are really excellent value for money. booking with shine was a breeze and she was always prompt and respectful in all our dealings. our guide, omar, and the rest of the crew were eager to please and very customer-centric.
will book again in april.

We were debating what tour to take at El Nido but we finally decided on a private speedboat full day tour. The price of 27,000 Php for 3 people was well worth it. we owned our time and we were able to visit many places at a fast pace. We did not have to worry about waiting for other people and a set itinerary. The captain of the boat, Louie, and our tour guide , Jojo were excellent young men. They made suggestions about our itinerary and steered us away from large crowds to avoid boat congestion. My husband and I being seniors had to be very careful,about having any accidents on the water. Jojo was always at hand to help us when getting in and out of the boat. We got to see Snake Island, Entelula Island, Big Lagoon, Small Lagoon, Secret Lagoon, Shimizu Island, Matinloc Shrine, Seven Commando Beach and Star Island where we had our lunch. The only negative was the lunch and drinks that we had to pay for in addition. It was a packed lunch that was cold by the time it was served. They should have suggested food that could be served cold instead of a soggy french fries and hamburger that we ordered. The bathroom at Star Island also needs improvement. There was no toilet paper and no soap for washing hands. There was also only one beach umbrella available. We were picked up and brought back to our hotel by the company van . They only accept payment in pesos so we had to exchange our money before we could start the tour. Overall, it was a positive experience and one that I would highly recommend to a bigger group or family if money is not an issue.

When I knew I was traveling with my big family including the kids in the family, I knew there was no other way to do it except on the Catamaran.
I would've given them 5 stars except that I believe that when offering a service such as this, communication with guests should be 5-star as well. I think the woman in charge needs a little bit more training when dealing with guests especially since this is such a premium service compared to the other tour services being offered in El Nido.
It's easy to get in touch with them in the sense that their emails and numbers are published but expect a slow response. It took me until the day of our trip to finalize everything. The one finalising our trip kept going back and forth about the pricing. I sent numerous emails about how the invoice was wrong. She was responding to everything except for the mistake in the invoice and since the trip was approaching, I decided to just pay and settle the difference later on since we would be ordering food. The day before our trip, I asked her again about and she took back what she said about the kids riding free. She said--well we have a new pricing policy. I showed her her text about the kids riding free, her response was "This would what we would be charging normally". So my question was: what made our reservation ABNORMAL? It really pissed me off.
I'm happy to say though that as soon as I got on board, it was easy to not think about the comms hiccup. The catamaran was clean and well maintained. And the crew was top notch. Loved them all. They went over and beyond what we expected them to do. My kids loved them! Omar our tour guide was there but not hovering. Our captain was super friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. The rest of the team were super super nice! Would I book again? Definitely. No other way to do it anymore.

We chose the Day Cruize package the was 60k peso and it was on the Red and White Yaht , We were picked UP by Van and taken To the port where the Yaht leaves from , We asked For a sunset Cruize so We delayed the start time till 10am , We arived at the Boat and was greeeted by 7 Boat atendants that were scheduled To work Our Boat that day , We were told prior that the Trip includes the private island that the Yaht Company owns For Our lunch , We wree quickly told that tour C was cancled and that we were only going To a few places Other than there and that the lunch was To be Served on board , We also were told that No Other location were acsesseble , The Boat advertised a nice area For sleeping like a bedroom but this is nit What you get only the front bow area and the kitchen dining area and back area are Abel To be acsesed , The Cruize was short locations we visited and was even told that They almost wanted To end Our Cruize at 3:30 p.m but becuse the Weather improve They woukd allow US To continue , then we were told that the cruise would end wirhout the sunset till i argued with the staff that we were supose To stay untill sunset , , Trip and pictures ended UP Great , Things could have been better as the day after we took a much cheaper tour B and went all the way To Snake Island , Sand bar , And gues What we seen there the Yaht ?? Thought They did t Go that far ? Well you decide , Also we went by the yahts private island and yet again the yahts was there , I think we got told things that just were To save fuel , also learned that Our Trip was a OJT and that 2 of the 7 people aboard were training , I Will
Add that lunch was served , Cold calamari , Very fatty Kawali , Rice , For me ill always just Go with the locals private tour , only 9k but there little Service was awesome , Lunch was 5 star even on a little pump Boat , the lunch featured here was from the little Cruize We took the next day ,

My apologies for the sudden changes, but please be advised that the shortened hours and the change in the itinerary was because of the notice and advise of El Nido's Coast Guard, due to weather conditions.
Unfortunately, our Private Island (Star Beach) where the lunch is usually served is part of the cancelled Tour C itinerary, that is why we instead offered the lunch on-board option as an alternative.
For the amenities which includes the bedroom, please be advised that this is true for our Seacation Catamaran Yacht, and not our Seacret Catamaran Yacht (which is the one you booked for the tour.) Whereas, our Seacret Catamaran Yacht is good for day tours.
I would like to clarify that we also do not offer the Tour B itinerary for our Seacret Catamaran Yacht, as is seen on our website and all our advertisements. Tour B is the tour that includes the sand bar and is very far from our tour itinerary, that is why we are not able to accommodate this request as we would be spending most of the time travelling instead of you guys enjoying the different islands.
For the meals, you have opted to order pre-packed meals, though our team has heated it before being served.
To clarify as well, the trainees (OJTs) on-board were only there to assist our food servers, and rest-assured ALL our crew on-board are licensed professionals.
Our team and crew did our best in ensuring that you will enjoy Valentine's Day, though we were limited by the weather conditions and the advise of the Coast Guard which we had to follow.

The catamaran experience was excellent, bringing a rare premium experience to the usual El Nido boat tours. Staff was also very pleasant and service-oriented. The only downside was the mediocre food offering and quality, which was unfortunately very mis-aligned with the overall premium experience. Also, we wished they could have provided towels, snorkels and fins.
Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we'll surely get them again when we go back to El Nido!

With regards to the meal orders, we will be discussing this with our third-party supplier, to ensure that the food would be more exceptional. For the towels, snorkels and fins, I apologize for that but we are just following the mandates set by the local government unit with regards to the pandemic - to avoid the spread of the COVID-19 virus. this is a perfect example of over promise under deliver!
ordered a private catamaran which was fulfilled accordingly
email correspondence is very slow
they said we can pay via credit card. at the end of the tour that did not happen. problem is we have no cash. we felt harassed as they were trying to settle us the bill late night and they needed to close the audit. none of this would've happened if they told us upfront in the morning that this was not possible
we also left slippers on the boat and the guide said they would bring it over that night however that did not happen as well.
they keep promising and promising and we felt that ruined the trip
we paid almost 70,000 pesos for this and we get a very lousy customer service

As per checking our system, the booking for was done via your team at Yolo Travel and Tours and was not booked directly with us.
We reviewed our email thread and our team able to respond in a timely manner, and in addition to that we have also been coordinating with you via Whatsapp as well.
We asked for the guest's direct contact details so we can coordinate everything with them especially for the food payment, but you refused to give it it us. Our team instead explained to you before the tour, that a Credit Card payment would be possible as long as the card will be swiped in our partner hotel to which you agreed.
After the tour, you advised us to drop the guests off in SEDA with the promise the payment will still be processed within the day. The team had to contact you even late at night as you were not able to process the payment for the food.
Regarding the slippers, you advised us late (the next day) that there were slippers left on the yacht. You then advised us to bring it to the airport asap since the guest has a flight to catch. When the team reached the airport, they were able to communicate with the guest who refused to take back the slippers.
I apologize for any failure on our part that may have caused a misunderstanding between us and your travel agency, but I hope you understand that we did our best to ensure that the guests had a great time, which they did as per their conversation with our team at the airport.

We were the only two that booked on the tour for the day so it turned into a private tour.
They asked us what we wanted to do and altered the itinerary accordingly.
They made sure we were having fun and helped tremendously with taking photos and videos for us.
Would recommend this to anyone that has abit more money than joining a big tour boat, even if you have to share the boat it would only be a small group!

The food was fantastic. In fact, we preferred to eat on the yacht rather than go ashore as the chef was so good on the yacht. We enjoyed watching her prepare the meals. It was truly an amazing vacation on their brand new Seacation yacht. We travelled to multiple locations and it was so incredible and we will recommend this adventure to all our friends.

Woooowww, such a fantastic day! I could not ask for a more magical experience! I've been making memories with my family so that we could have something to remember. And these memories were exceptional with the Seacret yacht! It was a great day, indeed! And it was all thanks to El Nido Yachting Club for making it possible. Due to your great service we were able to enjoy those scenic tours with different islands. The itinerary was perfectly planned! We really appreciate the extra effort you put through to make us feel extra special. I can't wait to return and be onboard again with your team! See you soon!

Don't ever book with this company. I have waited for 18 months to get my $3000 refund for a trip that was cancelled due to the pandemic. I was patient enough and gave them much leway. Now they're bragging on instagram about the roster of influencers who book their fleet. Obviously there is money flowing. They can't even issue us hardworking people our money back after being extremely patient with them. They begged for installment payments which I agreed to but not a single dollar was deposited back! So much disrespect for their customers.

My sincere apologies once again in behalf of the company, as the delay in the processing was because our office had been closed for quite some time, and that our Accounting Representative (who was in charge of receiving payments and processing refund requests) is no longer with us.
