Been waiting on a refund for 2 months for a tour that was cancelled. It’s impossible to reach them, they’re not responding to any of my messages, yet very active on social media. More to follow.

We've booked 2 tours in Coron and 2 in El Nido and everything went well. The tours where bespoke, food included and the boat crew was very helpful. All the communication worked fine through email and Whatsapp. I had no issues at all. Since was a private tour the boat was smaller than the regular boat for group tours but still very fine. I recommend them for tours in both Coron and El Nido.…

Very bad organisation ! We didn't see what we paid for !! The mark, snorkel, shoes, kayak it didn't include ! We come back early. And everything for 1200 + 200 (environmental fee) + 100 access big lagoon + 100 mark& snorkel + 100 shoes + 100 drinks + 250 kayak. So more that 2000pesos !!! 😱 40US$ (35€) You can have better in Thailand for half price (Koh PhiPhi). At least there they are not trying to rip off the tourists!…

Hi Chris, Greetings! Just want to make this straight, the price per tour in el nido are regulated by local governemnt, and we stated also in our website, the inclusions, which is entrance to lagoons and environmental fee. As for the kayak, and extra drinks (alcoholic or non alcoholic, as long as u bought it during the island is not included), mask and snorkels are included as well, as per our inclusions, only the aqua shoes (if you need), u can rent it along the beach and I am sure this was ur case. We are sorry you feel ripped off, but then, the tours in el nido are more cheaper than in thailand, doing those phi phi island or james bond island, or in krabi, we were there before. El Nido tour prices, with its inclusions are very competitive, taking consideration that it is the most or always at the top of the most beautiful island in the world. Enjoy your journey in Asia! Regards, Team Lagum Adventure

This activity was definitely a hidden gem! I found it through Google since we just had a relaxed schedule our first few nights in El Nido. James and Jeff are brothers and Jeff was the one who took us on his boat. It was SO much fun! Although I didn’t catch any fish (my hubby caught 2), and I got major sea sickness, it was still an overall amazing experience!! Once we were done fishing, we headed to a secluded island where we snorkeled while they cooked our caught fish, chicken and rice. It was a nice little meal and swimming to see the corals nearby were to die for!! This is a very small tour which only books up to 4 people as it’s a little boat but we felt it was more intimate and relaxing that way. Would highly recommend but wouldn’t get any hopes up in guaranteed catching fish.…

Greetings JLLENN! Thank you for appreciating the fishing activity, it is really designed to let our guests experience more intimately El Nido, in a way, that it also helps local fishing community. We are not just showing El Nido's beautiful islands, but then its culture, and this is our way of showing the local culture thru fishing with locals - local fishermen. And yes the corals are beautiful in where you ate lunch, a tiny island, white sandy and clear water. Once again, we are ecstatic and James (and his brother), to have you experienced our local culture. Thank you very much.
