Scuba Certified! Was visiting the Philippines in November of 2016. Through out this trip I had an agenda to stop at several islands, and was able to spend four days to gain my open water scuba diving certification. I spent the four days learning my dives with dive master, Rufo Magsino who was very attentive professional, and down to earth.... More

We are presently taking our Open Water Certification Course with Rick and his crew. Rick's communication in and outside of the class is excellent. His experience of over 12,000 dives guides students to new found ability in scuba. He is patient and easy going which makes it even more fun. He goes out of his way to accommodate the needs... More

We did our Advanced Open Water training with Rick over ten years ago, and were so impressed by his professionalism and skill then that when we recently decided to become Tech Divers, Rick and Frontier Scuba were our first choice for where we wanted to do that. We were doing three separate qualifications over 8 days (Advanced Nitox, Decompression Procedures,... More

We dived with Frontier for two weeks in September and found them to be a professional, well-run outfit. The dive groups were small and they were very flexible with dive schedules (taking us to Verde Island twice and fitting in the Japanese wreck for us). The dive masters were lovely company! Thank you Rick and team!!!
