We are a scuba diving school based in the Philippines, located in Muelle Port, Puerto Galera. We are a local Filipino diving centre which focuses on spreading environmental awareness, supporting and giving back to the local community.

Picturesque location, cheerful and professional staff are the highlights of this Dive Shop. If you are looking for professional yet fun people on your dives head straight to Reef Haven. Instructor J makes you feel home from the word 'go' , all in all value for money, safe, secure and friendly for all age groups and nationalities.

I was their No.1 client signing up for a PADI Open Water course when Reef Haven opened its door in October 2020 and ever since a regular frequenter. I enjoyed so much the dives with them that in March 2021 I went a step forward to do my Advance Open Water course with them.
My instructor, also the owner of Reef Haven, Julienne, is a young energetic responsible jolly lady. With her and a few other caring dive buddies, I have been enjoying a kind of 5-star service which makes me feel safe and relaxed both above and under water and each dive trip a real joy! On top of it, they have a bar right above the dive shop with a stunning view of PG bay, one the most beautiful in the world! Just imagine having a cup of coffee before a dive or a SM beer after a dive at the bar with the beautiful bay there just in front of you...

I just completed my open water course. and my experience was amazing, already looking forward to take my advance open water with juliene again💞
I always have love for the ocean and I'm a licenced free diver. but didn't expect that I would enjoy the under water world more by scuba diving🙏
I'm sooo grateful that juliene really did my scuba certification. she's very hands on and I can see that she's very passionate about what she's doing. hands down to her and her team🙌 I would really really recommend that you try scuba at reef haven 💯

I highly recommend Reef Haven for diving in Puerto Galera. I booked with them two dives to Verde Island and it has been without a doubt one of the best diving experiences in the Philippines. The owner, Julienne, is super friendly, making sure everyone was having a good time. Jeremy, the divemaster, was very professional and also made sure we had fun during the dives. I love Reef Haven because they are fully committed to creating a community of divers in Puerto Galera. Overall, it was a great day, with very good diving and enjoying the after dive time with all the divers having lunch together in the boat and making good friends. Can't wait to go back and dive with them!

Despite asking for an early morning dive with very little notice, Julienne was very accommodating. It was excellent service, very professional, respectful of the environment, good equipment and we had a warm welcome when we arrived. My wife tagged along to snorkel while we were diving and enjoyed it too!
It’s also nice to be able to have a coffee from the coffee shop while getting ready. It’s a great dive shop, with a very positive energy and it is inspiring to hear about her story and what she does for the local community.

If I could rate our dive from out of 1-10, It's probably a 10! Because I had the best and extra ordinary moment of my life to be hanging out with the tornado catfish! It was VERY FUN!

The whole crew are trustworthy, knowledgeable, passionate and enthusiast when it comes to diving they are the perfect Dive Shop/Instructors for beginners and advance courses in Puerto Galera. Kudos to Ate Marj my instructor for being patient on teaching me on my first time and to all the whole crew Ate Julienne, Ate Rose and Trish for the heart warming welcome and care both on the water and the surface. Reef Haven defines the art of Diving, the experience I had with them are contagious and worth the try. Will definitely go back and dive again with Reef Haven.

I am forever grateful that Reef Haven created memories and experiences that are unforgettable for me. I have been diving for a long while now but I have never regretted a single second that I was with them! This diving centre is female dominated, so as a diver who is a woman, I feel welcomed, accepted, and safe. Through ate Julienne, my instructor, I was able to enhance my skills and be more in love with the ocean. Their staff inspired me to grow more as diver, and to be more in- tuned with the diving community. It is truly a place that my heart will always return to.

It was such an awesome experience! The diving instructors Marjorie and Julienne are professionals who are more than willing to share their skills and knowledge to make sure I'd have a good time down there. They're the best in their crafts and knows the good diving spots. I was starstruck swimming with massive turtles! Special mention to Gary who was diving with us to make sure we're safe. He's ready to flash at any aggressive fishes nearby lol and to the boatmen who brought us.
From education, skills, diving gears and photos underwater, a 5-star is an understatement, would have given it a 10 if possible. I highly recommend this place if you're just starting off with diving. It's like being in another world, beautiful, colorful and jaw-dropping world.
P.S. This may be the first of many but won't be my last.

I had the pleasure of doing 2 dives with Julienne and her crew from Reef Haven out of beautiful Puerto Galera.
The very personable Julienne Evangelista ( owner and chief instructor) had everything well organised from the moment I arrived at the well situated and easy to find dive shop. She gave a concise, accurate pre-dive briefing and the group was well sorted underwater so the more experienced divers enjoyed themselves and the novices were well looked after.
I have also seen her working with first time students and she is a dedicated and caring instructor.
All up a great experience and one I would recommend to all divers.

Reef Haven is the absolute best! I highly, highly recommend choosing them for your dive shop in Puerto Galera. After going through a search around PG for the best dive shop to do my Dive Master course I found Reef Haven and I am so grateful I did! It’s location in Muelle Port was a nice separation from Sabang and the port is a great view each and every morning from the dive shop. The equipment is up to date and they offer a variety of different masks and fins to suit diver’s preferences. The dive shop is clean and has showers for after dive rinses. Upon meeting my instructors and the Reef Haven family I felt immediately comfortable and welcome within their community. I instantly felt women empowerment and that goes a long way for mermaids in the dive world. My instructors were thorough, knowledgeable and shared their many years of experience with me. I wouldn’t be the dive master I am today without them. The course was detailed and tough work but praise and affirmations were given constantly and it was very rewarding. Reef Haven is not only a dive shop but you feel as though you are in someone’s home. Julienne and Trish create an energetic, welcoming environment and you instantly feel like family! You are automatically brought into Reef Haven’s community. All the ladies, including my instructor Rose, felt like sisters to me and I value our time that we were able to spend together. I also learned a ton from the guides there and valued their feedback and leadership. I’m happy to say that Reef Haven is a dive shop I will continually comeback to and glad to have put some roots down there. Thank you again Reef Haven!
