From usual tourist nick naks to great silk options. Good place and some little entertainment also around . Very quirky though congested. Take a horse carriage ride back or one of the traditional rickshaws.

Its an average traditional market but if you're in the neighbourhood of jl. Malioboro you might as well visit it. The smell of local food and the spices is hard to resist although i would never eat it. I'd rather go to a clean restaurant...More

You can find everything here. Batik, wedding dress, suit, food, snack, spices, cookware, ATM, vegetables, fruits, fish, chicken, meat, etc. It is an old traditional market in malioboro street. The interior is clean, not like another traditional market that has a slum atmosphere.

Big market for any handicraft in Jogjakarta. So many seller here. Many tourist come to this market because the price of most of things here is cheaper than others location.
