If you can stop and spend 20-30 minutes in here, is more than enough and you will enjoy the beauty of this temple and the rice paddies that surround it.

Prambanan and Borobudur are great but I do love this temple as well. The location is not that far from Prambanan and it is really amazing. If you ask me, I def. will tell you to go to this place.

On the way to Prambanan, Plaosan temple is a must-do. Nice place to take nice photos especially on shiny days.

If you have been to the other bigboys then this will be an anti-climax. Waited at sunset for the stones to turn reddish....nope...no luck. Only 3k entry which was cheaper than the prking fee.

We visited Candi Plaosan en route to Prambanan - it is a smaller temple but worth exploring if you are in the area.

Only 3kms away from Prambanan is the Plaosan tempel located. It is smaller, but it only costs 3k instead of 350k for the prambanan and there were almost no tourists. You should defenitely visit this tempel so jou can enjoin the silence and quietness.

This temple is a blend of Buddhist and Hindu architectural styles. I visited this place because of its romantic story behind its construction. Don't forget to bring your hat and sunglasses. It's better to visit this place in the morning.
