We got our Airbnb lodge near this station and we can just walk going there. The bus comes in time and the people assisting tourists/locals are very friendly. The bus are all fully air conditioned and they are very polite. The station itself was clean...More

Everytime I ended my journey here, always feel like been thrown back to the old times.... Not far from Kota Station, you can go on foot to the famous Kota Tua - Old Town of Jakarta

CC ( 18.01.27 ) I and my son visited this station on our way to Old Town. We wanted to see Indonesian big station, and visited there. There was well-managed, and many people crowded. But there was not attraction, I think.

This place is the Head of Railway from Jakarta. From this station you can go to Central or East Java. This building build in Dutch colonial era, very nice building and like the old station in europe. you should visit, Enjoy Jakarta

Grand Mercure hotel was chosen in part because it was close to this station but we could not find a way to buy a bus pass. We finally used "Blue Bird" taxis. Each ride was only 2$ to 5$
