A good location to enjoy the view of Potala Palace and take beautiful photo. Next to Potala Palace square. Few convenience store on the road selling delicious ice creams.
Another great stop in Lhasa, offering another great photo perspective of Potala and Lhasa proper. If you have time its a nice stop.
in your picture, that mountain is Mt kailash not Yaowang mountain. but it's very true that Yaowang mountain (medicine hill) beside the potala palace is the ideal place for tourist to take picture of Potala palace and main street of lhasa.
