This year was my 24th sevens from 25 years ( I missed an England win in 2006 due to a close friends wedding)
This is by far the JEWEL in the World Sevens Crown. All the other locations aspire to this iconic status.
We were inviten by our bank. This was the second time. Latest was 2012 and we enjoyed the games and shown hospitality this time as in 2012.
We also were invited to the banks box meeting several interesting persons.

It was my first time to attend the Hong Kong Sevens and I had a fantastic time. The rugby was obviously great with my team, South Africa’s Blitsbokke, securing the bronze medal and they remain number 1 on the World Series points table.
