Well worth combining with a visit to the Summer Palace, as the two are quite close. The entance fee is CNY 5. The gardens are big (200 hectares, 500 acres). So allow at least a couple of hours. It is essentially a large park, in...More

Nice gardens the biggest plus was not over crowded and you could actually breathe fresh air. It's worth the admission price to get away and relax.

We visited and truly enjoyed our day here. The park is massive and we'll maintained. The place is usually very busy but because it's so big you don't feel the crowds as much. We stuck around until well after the dark. The entire mood of...More

When you need some peace and tranquility its lovely to visit here. We loved our visit and enjoyed the atmosphere. Enjoyed seeing all the trees and plants. All this in the hustle and bustle of Beijing.
