Yaya is ok, but it's not a place to shop for vegetarians and people who is much into organic food. The supermarcets are poor in that way. Unless you want to pay way too much in Healthy U.

Went on Weekend. Not overcrowded, just right. Parking was available. The food joints were filled. Nice place to spend time shopping at chandrana or eating at various outlets as Pizza Hut, Java etc. Masai Market was also available.

In Kenya for a short while and yaya has an awesome arrangement of everything. Good on ground floor. Banks , and medical centre on top floor. Very clean and well maintained shopping center. That is always buzzing.

A large group of us have. Even staying next door at the Grace House. There are a great variety of shops and restaurants at Yaya. The foodplus is always very busy/crowded however.
