This is a very pleasant and happy place. It's all Chinese people who say bad things here. Chinese people always say everything badly. This place is better than any casino in China. There are only Chinese people who speak badly of this place.

this used to be a great casino, pre-covid, but i guess they've decided to cater solely to asian big spenders: they've ditched the caribbean poker, had only one 3-card poker table (30,000 won minimum bet, if you can even get a seat), very few blackjack and roulette. if you like baccarat and have lots of dough maybe it's for you. also, customer service sucks (at least if you're a westerner)

Bad service and attitude is an understatement.
They are racist and talk down to south Asian people while behaving like lackeys to the Japanese. I know this because they treated me badly and rudely but suddenly they made a complete hypocritical change in attitude when my Japanese business associates arrived. They even had the audacity to repeatedly ask my business associates if we were friends. What a nerve. These low level things need some basic education and training on manners. Can’t believe they operate in the city of Seoul with such unprofessionalism.

Went to play nl poker no waitress only serve water. only vip pit games could get drinks. Bit rude lack of training lack professionalism not surprised. People go to the casino to have fun but its like a library there so if your going there to have fun gl.

Nice casino, awesome staff.
Would like to commend 3 members of the staff who assisted us when we misplaced our mobile phone.
Choi Young Ki -Counter staff who repeatedly reassured us and kept us calm, while assisting us in making phone calls
Lee Hyun Sun- Counter staff, who with her strong command of english, helped us translate, and gave us alot of comfort
Chun Jong Min - CCTV staff who looked through the tapes for the possible locations we misplaced it.

The woman at the guest services counter and many dealers need to learn some basic manners and treat foreigners equally. Korean and Chinese people fight, yell and cuss, and it is tolerated. However, foreigners have been rudely told off and even told to leave on several occasions for the slightest excuses. They accuse foreigners of bad behavior that was never in fact displayed. This is a very bad reflection of Korea. It seems either the workers here are racist or have no basic professionalism at all. Too cowardly to tell off unreasonable customers yet taking it out on innocent scapegoats. U need to improve a lot to be on par with other Paradise entities. Management please do something about it.

Paid the price of losing to learn through the hard way. This place is designed for you to lose. This casino is not big at all. If you want maximum fun and win some money, go to Singapore's Resort World or Marina Bay Sands. They are 10 times bigger.
1) Minimum bet for Blackjack is KRW 30,000 but there is only one table and it mostly gets hogged. Whereas they have 3-4 other empty tables with dealers with minimum bets of 50,000 and 100,000. You'll need a massive bankroll to win at these higher limits. Pit boss keeps an eye on how much you win or loses. I know because I speak Korean and Ive heard them discussing.
2) Min bet for Bacarrat is 100,000 with only 2 tables. In fact, most table games have min bets of 100,000.
3) As for slot machines, the minimum max lines per pull is around KRW 4,400. You can wage at a lower bet with lesser lines, which reduces your winnings when you hit free games. Again, you need a big bankroll which most tourists do not have prepared unless you are a high roller.
4) They give free 50,000 if you are a new member but its only limited to the game of Bacarrat. Min bet is 100,000 so you have to pay to use the free chips. Do not accept their free gift (a useless keychain which was probably jinxed to make you lose lol)
5) Restaurant wasn't open, had to wait for 30 mins. Decided to leave. 7 luck is much better.
6) the location is too far and you have to take a bus. You can take a cab there, keep the receipt. They let you claim 30,000 worth of credits.
Bottomline : Go there if you want to lose.

This Hotel and Casino is by far the best we stayed at on our visit to Seoul. The hotel is amazing and massive. The staff were lovely and the rooms were perfect. This place is like its own city with many things to see and do all in one place.

I went last night with the intention of playing low buy-in blackjack, not only did I not get to play blackjack because there was an entire family of Chinese nationals who would call someone over to hold the seat when ever anyone left FOR HOURS, when I finally decided to play poker the other guests (again all Chinese nationals) were very rude and making cusses at me all night. The place itself is alright, very small with few low value tables operating, the staff were reasonable civil and provided free water when requested, but the room smelt strongly of smoke due to the smoko rooms at ether end which were regularly opened into the main area. I guess its better than nothing, but I will not be going back.

Female dealers were Extremely unprofessional. Rude, not focused on their job but rather gossiping about other female customers. That’s really unprofessional behavior I have ever seen from casinos worldwide!
They also mumble and cuss at foreign female customers just because they think that they can’t understand.
I heard it all and was very turned off by this behavior.
Focus on your job!
The male dealers however, seemed ok except for one guy Choi Jinsung, who had a bad attitude problem too. He never once smiled and opens your cards even without your instruction. I could have made a complaint to the manager but was not bothered.
Buck up guys, foreigners are your clientele. And if you don’t enjoy your job, don’t make it a problem for customers.

Has anyone visited the poker tables in the last few months? What's it like there? All the reviews were a little old.
I just went for the first time on September 30th, 2018, Sunday night.
The poker tables run 24/7. It was overall quite active during the 3 hours I played between 8-11PM. Had to wait about 20 minutes to get a seat.
I saw 4 tables for $1/$2 and 2 tables for $2/$5, all with 7-9 players.
$1/$2: min buy in $100; max buy in $1,000
$2/$5: min buy in $500; max buy in no limit
There were higher stakes listed but I didn't see any tables for them. I played $1/$2, but because you can buy in for $1,000 (500BBs), many people play super deep stacked and, as a result, plays more like a $2/$5; standard pre-flop opens being $10-15. Lots of $5 straddling as well.
They also have a tournament every Sunday at 2PM, with varying buy ins every week. The one I saw running had about 60 entrants and was a $220 buy in $10K GTD tournament; apparently one of the biggest ones they run.
All currencies are actually in KRW of course, I just listed the rough USD equivalents. (1,000/2,000KRW, etc.)
